Trade Uniform Co. is Battle Born Clothing's brand for crew shirts and uniforms for the trades. Same shop, same machines, same people; a site focused on one kind of order so a contractor can find a price fast.

The shop

Battle Born Clothing is at 3 Pebble Beach Dr in Yerington, NV. We screen print in-house with plastisol, water-based and discharge inks on a conveyor dryer. We embroider on two single-head commercial machines (a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle) with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. We have made laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser and aim to be the top leather patch hat maker in the USA. DTF transfers are outsourced to DTF Tribe in Carson City and pressed in-house.

What we are, and are not

• An authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO.
• A SanMar and S&S Activewear customer; Reno warehouse first for fast shipping to the West and nationwide delivery everywhere.
• Not a company-store operator. We run batch orders from a roster and keep your files.
• Not a rental uniform service. You own the shirts.

How we work

1. You send artwork, quantity, style, colors and sizes.
2. We quote, usually the same business day.
3. We send a digital proof. Nothing is printed or stitched until you approve it.
4. We produce in 28 days from proof approval and ship nationwide.
5. If we get something wrong, we redo it free.
